Certificate Error

No certificate was received. There are a few reasons why you may see this error.

  1. You do not have an approved third party certificate, or did not have your Smart Card or hardware token in the reader when you visited the site. If you have a trusted third party certificate on a smart card or hardware token, insert it, close all of your browser windows and retry the certificate registration.
  2. You did not select a certificate when prompted, or cancelled the certificate selection or certificate PIN/password prompt. Please close all of your browser windows and retry the certificate registration.
  3. Your web browser is not configured properly. Make sure TLS 1.2 support is enabled. In Internet Explorer, this is under Tools, Internet Options, Advanced. If you corrected the settings, then close all of your browser windows and try again.
  4. Your organization is decrypting the secure session to this site and not allowing us to verify your certificate. To determine if this is occurring, please click on the lock icon in your web browser and select the option to view the certificate. Look at the Issued By and verify that it says DigiCert Global CA G2. If it does not, and especially if it instead has the name of your organization as the issuer, please contact your organization's service desk or help desk to request that they add the following web sites to the exclusion list for outbound decryption. Alternatively, they can exclude access.lockheedmartin.com and *.lmco.com to prevent similar issues with other sites.
  5. If you have not yet completed the account setup process, please go to Account Maintenance on the Access Site.
If you need to obtain or register a digital certificate, or set up other 2FA credentials, please select the option to Setup 2FA Credentials Credential Management on the Access Site.

If you continue to have login problems, please contact the Lockheed Martin Service Desk.
